Technical and commercial confirmation
Feasibility, programme minimum, quotation, timing and shipment terms are aligned.
60% advance
The advance confirms the programme and releases production setup.
Production setup
Materials, weaving, finishing and brand components are organised under the confirmed specification.
First finished piece from actual production
The finished piece is documented by detailed photo/video. Courier evaluation can be arranged where required.
Production continuation
Production continues under the confirmed setup; this stage is not an open redesign cycle.
40% balance and dispatch
The balance is paid before shipment. Dispatch follows the confirmed packing and transport route.
What the buyer controls
Specification, approved identity components, quantities, destination requirements and timely confirmations.
