Flat-woven products cannot be specified by appearance alone. Yarn choice, weave, density, finished dimensions, fringe construction and finishing together determine handle, absorbency, stability and repeatability.
Materials
Cotton and relevant blended yarn routes are considered against the intended use, handle, performance and buyer specification.
Weaving
Classic flat weave, yarn-dyed stripe, jacquard, double-sided and selected terry-backed routes require different technical planning.
Finishing
Washing, drying, dimensional control, fringe work and final presentation are aligned with the approved construction.

Projects are reviewed by specification, quantity, destination and packing requirements. Commercial production begins from 500 pcs; selected projects may begin from 300 pcs where technically feasible. Special constructions may require higher minimums.
