PROCUREMENT QUESTIONS

Wholesale Peshtemal FAQ

Concise answers for professional buyers evaluating Nesis Textile for wholesale, private-label and specification-led peshtemal production.

What is the commercial production minimum?

Commercial production begins from 500 pcs. Selected projects may begin from 300 pcs where technically feasible. Special constructions, colours, weaving or development requirements may require higher minimums.

How are private-label prices calculated?

Prices depend on construction, dimensions, finished weight, yarn and colour route, quantity per design and colour, labels, embroidery where suitable, packaging and shipment terms.

What are the payment terms?

60% advance confirms the programme and production setup. The remaining 40% is due before shipment.

How is the production setup approved?

After technical and commercial confirmation and the advance, the first finished piece from actual production is documented by detailed photo/video. Courier evaluation is arranged where required before production continues under the approved setup.

Is the first finished piece a redesign stage?

No. It confirms the production setup against the agreed specification. Changes that alter construction, colour planning, labels or packaging may affect feasibility, minimums, timing and price.

Do you carry ready stock or mixed retail cartons?

The site is positioned for planned B2B production programmes, not retail shopping, dropshipping or ready-stock mixed-carton purchasing.

Can Nesis develop jacquard, yarn-dyed stripe or terry-backed peshtemals?

These routes can be reviewed where technically appropriate. Each has different planning and minimum requirements; no construction is confirmed solely from a product name or image.

What should an enquiry include?

Share intended use, construction direction, dimensions, target weight, colours, quantity per design and colour, branding, packaging, destination market and company details.
