B2B • Wholesale • Private Label

Refund & Return Policy

This policy applies to all wholesale, private label and production-based orders placed with Peshtemal & Throw.

Last updated: 2026-03-03

1) B2B Nature of Transactions

All sales are conducted on a business-to-business (B2B) basis. We do not operate as a retail seller and consumer protection return rules do not apply to wholesale production orders.

2) Production-Based Orders

Most products are manufactured specifically according to buyer specifications (size, GSM, color, branding, packaging). Custom production orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.

3) Advance Payments

  • Standard terms require 50% advance payment to initiate production.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable once raw materials, yarn or branding components have been allocated.
  • Bank and transaction fees are non-refundable.

4) Test Orders & Samples

We do not provide free showroom samples. Any sampling is handled as a production-based test order. Test order payments are treated as production costs and are not refundable once manufacturing has begun.

5) Returns

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Custom-made or private label products
  • Bulk production orders
  • Orders produced according to approved specifications

6) Claims & Quality Issues

If goods arrive with verified manufacturing defects that materially deviate from approved specifications, the buyer must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery.

Claims must include clear photographic or video evidence. Each claim is reviewed based on confirmed specifications and standard textile production tolerances.

If a claim is validated, resolution may include replacement, repair or partial commercial adjustment at our discretion.

7) Shipping & Transit Damage

Any visible shipping damage must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery. Responsibility follows the agreed Incoterm stated in the Proforma Invoice.

8) Order Changes & Cancellations

Once production has started, order cancellations are not possible. Any approved changes may result in additional cost and extended lead time.

9) Limitation

Our total liability is limited to the invoiced value of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including lost profits or business interruption.
