What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on product type.
For peshtemals, typical wholesale starts from 300 pcs per model.
A limited 100 pcs test level may be possible with restricted color options.
Larger volumes unlock better pricing tiers.
Do you provide free samples?
We do not provide free showroom samples.
All sample requests are handled as production-based test orders.
The cost is deducted from bulk production if confirmed.
What is the production lead time?
Standard production time is 3–4 weeks depending on color count,
branding setup and quantity level.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 50% advance payment to start production,
balance before shipment.
Can you produce under our private label?
Yes. We offer full private label production including:
- Woven label
- Kraft band / belly band
- Hang tag
- Embroidery (volume based)
Can you match Pantone colors?
For higher volume runs (typically 1000+ pcs),
custom dye lot and Pantone-based matching is available.
For smaller wholesale levels, we work with close-match yarn programs.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We export primarily to EU, UK, USA, Canada and Australia.
Shipping terms available: EXW, FOB and selected DAP options.
Are your products OEKO-TEX® compliant?
OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 compliant production routes are available
depending on yarn selection and program type.
Do you work with small retail customers?
We are a wholesale-focused manufacturer.
We do not supply single-piece retail orders.
MOQ applies to all production programs.
